This web-site is the only central repository of information and contact details for old students and staff of the former Balls Park Teacher Training College, Hertford, 1947-1979.
It contains a searcheable database of past students and a message board available to registered members.
It is run by ex-students for the benefit of all Students and Staff of the college who attended during the time it was a Teacher Training facility

A reunion was held in June 2001 attended by about 250 old students, mainly from the early seventies, plus a number of staff including Dr Paul Sangster and Dorothy Wild. It was announced there, that the college had been sold by the University of Hertfordshire to Property Developers and would finally close in the Summer of 2003. A last reunion on the site was therefore arranged to take place before the College finally closed
The Final Reunion for ex-Teacher Training Staff & Students of Balls Park College, took place on Saturday 21st June 2003. Five hundred old Students and Staff attended, with the Guests of Honour, former Principal Dr Sangster and his wife, Mary.
The College has now closed and demolition of the hostel site and the 1960's Educational buildings has taken place.
